1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — The nbaji website and all of its associated services.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who is registered on nbaji and is using the platform.
• "Account" — The nbaji account registered in the user's name.
• "Bonus" — Any financial or other benefit provided by nbaji.
• "Bet" — Money placed on a casino game or sports betting market.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition requiring a specified amount to be wagered before a bonus becomes withdrawable.
• "Mobile Banking" — Financial transactions made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

2 Eligibility for Membership

Each user may open only one account. The name, phone number, and payment details provided at registration must be truthful and personally belong to the user. Opening or operating an account in the name of a third party is strictly prohibited.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. If you believe that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately. nbaji will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from sharing your password with a third party.

3.3 Identity Verification

nbaji may verify a user's identity at any time if it deems it necessary. A national identity card or other documents may be requested for this purpose. nbaji reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until identity verification is complete.

4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbaji platform:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity.
• Manipulation or abuse of the bonus system.
• Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting").
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Disturbing or harassing other users.
• Unauthorized use of nbaji's intellectual property or brand assets.

5 Limitation of Liability

nbaji is committed to providing a safe and reliable platform. However, nbaji will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by the user's own error or negligence.
• Disruptions caused by third-party software or connectivity issues.
• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Matters relating to the legal status of online gaming in the user's area.

6 Deposits

8 Bonus & Promotion Policy

Before the bonus becomes withdrawable, you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount.

The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

8.3 Other Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds may not be used for strategic betting (such as hedging by placing bets on opposing outcomes).

9 VIP Program & Cashback

nbaji's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Active participation on the platform and consistent betting are required to advance to a higher tier. nbaji reserves the right to change or cancel VIP benefits, and members will be notified in advance if this occurs.

10 General Gaming Conditions

nbaji offers slot games, live casino, fishing games, and other casino games. Each game has its own rules. It is the user's responsibility to read the rules of a game before playing.

• Game outcomes are determined by an algorithmic Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game is interrupted due to an internet issue, nbaji will investigate and provide a fair resolution.
• Prizes displayed incorrectly due to a software error will not be considered valid.

11 Sports Betting Conditions

nbaji offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi.

nbaji reserves the right to investigate and suspend an account in connection with any bet related to match-fixing or the misuse of insider information.

12 Bet Limits & Controls

nbaji may impose specific limits on bets with the user's safety in mind. Users can also set their own bet limits from their account settings.

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set by the user.
• A Self-Exclusion feature is available, allowing you to take a mandatory break for a specified period.
• Once these limits are set, they take effect immediately and cannot be changed before the specified period ends.

15 Account Suspension & Termination

nbaji may suspend or permanently close a user's account under the following circumstances:
